    The 2018 New England Food Show will be held February 25-27th, 2018 at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center in Boston, MA.

    Show Hours (Attendee Access):

    • Sunday, February 25th: 10:00 am-5:00 pm
    • Monday, February 26th: 10:00 am-5:00 pm
    • Tuesday, February 27th: 10:00 am-4:00 pm
  2. Show Policy & Age Requirementsback to top

    No one under 18 years of age, including infants and toddlers, will be permitted on the Show floor at any time regardless of affiliation or circumstances. NRA reserves the right to request proof of age. No children, infants, no strollers, no backpack carriers are allowed. No exceptions. This rule applies to exhibitors and attendees.

  3. Booth Informationback to top

    Included in your booth:

    • 8 ft high back draping plus 3 ft high side divider drapes (except Islands, peninsulas receive 8 ft high drape in the middle 10 ft of their backwall and 3 ft high drape on the sides)
    • ID sign with company name and booth number
    • General overhead lighting
    • Sanitary dishwashing and handwashing facilities
    • Company listing in NEFS Show Guide and the NEFS website
    • Unlimited customer invitations for FREE registration

    Visit Booth 101 for:

    Design Regulations:

    There are no exceptions to any of the NEFS Exhibit Design Regulations. This is to protect the integrity of the Show and create a fair environment for all exhibitors. Click HERE to view the regulations

  4. Exhibitor Payment Informationback to top

    Current exhibitors may view/print the most up-to-date invoices and pay their deposit/balance via credit card by going to “My Account” in Exhibitor Services. You will need your company password which can be found on your confirmation and invoice.  If you can’t find it, please contact your sales representative or call (312) 853-2525.

    NOTE: The balance due reflects booth space only and does not include outstanding balances with any other contractors.

    If you are paying by credit card we accept all major credit cards (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card).

    The Exhibitor Service Kit will be available this fall.  Keep an eye out for an announcement in the Exhibitor Newsletter. The Exhibitor Service Kit will include information on ordering services from official show vendors, shipping, registration, and more.

  6. Registrationback to top

    Each exhibitor receives five (5) complimentary exhibitor badges per 10’x10’ booth. For example, a 10’x20’ booth will receive up to ten (10) free badges. Additional badges are available for purchase.

    Exhibitors receive unlimited complimentary customer invitations to share with current and prospective clients. Hard copy invitations are mailed to each exhibitor in late fall.  There are also multiple ways to share these invitations digitally. Your custom invitation code and more information on how to share it can be found on the registration website after registration launches.

    Registration will be available this October and announced in an Exhibitor Newsletter. 

  7. Certificate of Insuranceback to top

    General Commercial Liability Insurance is required of all exhibitors. Certificates of Insurance should be available upon request in your booth onsite.

    Liability and Insurance – All property of the Exhibitor is understood to remain under its custody and control in transit to and from the Show and while it is in the confines of BCEC. Neither Show Management, the Official General Services contractor, the management of BCEC nor any of the officers, staff members or directors of any of the same are responsible for the safety of the property of Exhibitor’s from theft, damage by fire, accident, vandalism or other causes, and the Exhibitor expressly waives and releases any claim or demand it may have against any of them by reason of any damage to or loss of any property of the Exhibitor.

    Show Management does not maintain insurance covering Exhibitor’s property. It is required that Exhibitor maintain general public liability insurance against claims for personal injury, death or property damage incident to, arising out of or in any way connected with the Exhibitor’s participation in the NEFS, in an amount no less than $1,000,000 for personal injury, death or property damage in any one occurrence.  Such insurance shall name the NRA and the NRAS as additional insureds on the general liability policy. Each Exhibitor is required to carry workers compensation insurance protecting employees in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Exhibitor acknowledges that it is responsible for obtaining, for its protection and entirely at its expense, such property insurance for its exhibit and display materials as the Exhibitor deems appropriate.
