Basic Show Information

What are the dates and location of the 2019 Show?

The New England Food Show will be held March 3-5, 2019, in Hall C at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center, Boston, Massachusetts.

What are the show hours?

New England Food Show Hours:

  • Sunday, March 3: 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Monday, March 4: 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday, March 5: 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Who can attend?

The New England Food Show (NEFS) is open to trade only.
Individuals must be directly involved in the foodservice or lodging industry to attend or exhibit. Solicitations of any kind by non-exhibitors is strictly prohibited.

Note: The New England Food Show (NEFS) is not open to the general public.

Registration and Badges

How much does it cost to register?

Registration for Non-Members is $39, for Members it is $29, and for Students Registration is $25. Advanced prices are for a limited time only.
Regular price is $69

What are the acceptable methods of payment?

We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Diner’s Club, Discover, MasterCard, and VISA).

Please note: checks, purchase orders, and wire transfers are not accepted.

Do members receive discounted registration to the show?

Members of any state restaurant association receive a discount if they complete their registration by March 2, 2019.

What are the refund, cancellation, and substitution policies?

  • Registration fees are non-refundable.
  • Substitutions may be made prior to badge usage at any time.
Please note: If badge has already been used, a substitution will not be approved.
  • Sharing of badges is not permitted.

Will badges be mailed out before the show?

Show badges are available for on-site pickup only.

Travel Arrangements

How do I make hotel arrangements?

Is shuttle service provided to and from the hotels?

Shuttle services will NOT be provided for NEFS. The hotels are within walking distance of the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center.

Show Floor

Are children allowed to attend?

No one under 18 year of age will be permitted on the NEFS floor at any time regardless of affiliation or circumstances. This includes infants and toddlers. Absolutely no strollers or infant carriers (worn or carried) are permitted at any time on the NEFS exhibit floor.

The National Restaurant Association reserves the right to request proof of age from anyone at any time. This rule is strictly enforced and there are no exceptions to this policy. This rule applies to all exhibitors and attendees.

Registration of anyone under 18 years of age is unauthorized and in violation of these policies.

What is the dress code?

Business casual dress is preferred for this event.
