Food & Beverage Sampling Regulations

Read this list of requirements if you are an exhibitor sampling food and beverage products in your booth.

Required Forms

Exhibitors sampling their food or beverage product in their booth must submit these forms by January 11th.

Note: Temporary Foodservice Permit Applications are not required for exhibitors sampling alcohol.

Perishable Product Shipping Labels

Food & Beverage items intended for perishable product storage must be shipped directly to the BCEC. Storage space does not need to be ordered in advance.
